1. General
By booking an appointment with Natalie Pillai Aesthetics, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with the Consultation, Booking Fee, Cancellation and Refund Policies.
2. Consultations
A consultation is required before any prescription-only treatment and may also be required for other treatments where clinically appropriate.
Treatment suitability is determined following a full consultation and medical assessment. Natalie Pillai Aesthetics reserves the right to decline treatment where it is considered unsafe, unsuitable or not in the client's best interests.
3. Consent
By proceeding with treatment you confirm that:
• All medical information provided is accurate and complete.
• You have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, allergies and medications.
• You understand the benefits, risks, possible complications and expected outcomes of your treatment.
• You have had the opportunity to ask questions before providing informed consent.
4. Results
Individual results vary depending on factors including age, anatomy, lifestyle, medical history and healing response.
No specific outcome or longevity of results can be guaranteed.
5. Aftercare
Clients agree to follow all aftercare advice provided.
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect treatment outcomes and increase the risk of complications. Natalie Pillai Aesthetics cannot accept responsibility where aftercare advice has not been followed.
6. Appointments & Booking Fees
Appointments are secured with a non-refundable booking fee in accordance with the Booking Fee Policy.
Please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled where necessary.
7. Children & Guests
Only the client receiving treatment should attend the appointment unless agreed in advance.
Children must not attend appointments unless another responsible adult is present to supervise them throughout the appointment.
8. Photography
Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment for medical records.
Images will only be used for marketing, educational purposes or social media with your separate written consent.
9. Concerns, Complaints & Reviews
Natalie Pillai Aesthetics is committed to providing safe, ethical and professional care.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, you agree to contact Natalie Pillai Aesthetics directly and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve your concerns before publishing negative comments, reviews or allegations online or on social media.
Many concerns can be resolved quickly through communication, a review appointment or, where clinically appropriate, further treatment.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your legal right to leave an honest review or exercise your rights under UK consumer law.
10. Zero Tolerance Policy
Natalie Pillai Aesthetics operates a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, aggressive, threatening, intimidating, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour.
Any client who behaves in this manner towards Natalie Pillai Aesthetics, other clients or members of staff may have their appointment terminated immediately, future appointments cancelled and may be permanently refused treatment.
Any abusive, threatening or harassing communication received by telephone, email, text message or social media may also result in the client relationship being ended without notice.
11. Right to Refuse Treatment
Natalie Pillai Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where:
• Treatment is not clinically appropriate.
• A medical contraindication exists.
• A client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• A client behaves in an abusive, threatening or inappropriate manner.
• It is believed treatment would not be in the client's best interests.
12. Liability
Natalie Pillai Aesthetics accepts no liability for complications arising from:
• Inaccurate or incomplete medical information provided by the client.
• Failure to follow aftercare advice.
• Failure to attend recommended review appointments where clinically advised.
13. Changes to These Terms
Natalie Pillai Aesthetics reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website.
14. Medical Emergencies & Follow-Up Care
If you experience any unexpected reaction or complication following treatment, you must contact Natalie Pillai Aesthetics as soon as possible using the emergency contact details provided. Prompt communication allows appropriate advice, assessment and treatment to be arranged where necessary.
