At Natalie Pillai Aesthetics, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Providing adequate notice of any changes allows other clients the opportunity to book and helps ensure clinic time is used effectively.

Cancelling or Rearranging Your Appointment
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Appointments changed with the required notice may have the booking fee transferred to one new appointment in accordance with the Booking Fee Policy.

Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of the £25 non-refundable booking fee.
A new booking fee will be required before another appointment can be booked.

Failure to Attend
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice (a "no-show"), your £25 booking fee will be forfeited.
Future appointments may require payment of a new booking fee before a booking can be made.

Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients. Where treatment cannot safely proceed due to late arrival, this will be treated as a late cancellation and your booking fee will be forfeited.

Exceptional Circumstances
I understand that genuine emergencies can happen.
Where exceptional circumstances arise, Natalie Pillai Aesthetics reserves the right to consider each situation individually. Any decision to transfer a booking fee outside of this policy is entirely at the discretion of Natalie Pillai Aesthetics.
