At Natalie Pillai Aesthetics, a £25 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.

This policy helps protect appointment availability and ensures dedicated time is reserved exclusively for you.

Your Booking Fee
Your £25 booking fee:
• Secures your appointment date and time.
• Is deducted from the cost of your treatment.
• Is valid for 4 weeks from the date of payment.

Appointment Changes
If you need to rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Where sufficient notice is given, your booking fee can be transferred to one alternative appointment within the original 4-week validity period.

Non-Refundable Booking Fee
Your booking fee will be forfeited if:
• You cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice.
• You fail to attend your appointment.
• You arrive too late for treatment to be safely carried out.
• You choose not to proceed with treatment on the day for reasons unrelated to clinical suitability.
• More than 4 weeks have passed since your booking fee was paid without treatment being carried out.

A new booking fee will be required to secure any future appointment.

Clinical Suitability
All treatments are subject to consultation and medical assessment.
If Natalie Pillai Aesthetics determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate or safe, your booking fee may be transferred to an alternative suitable treatment or another appointment, where appropriate.

Why I Charge a Booking Fee
As a medical aesthetics practitioner, appointments are reserved exclusively for each client. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent other clients from accessing treatment and result in lost clinic time.
