At Natalie Pillai Aesthetics, every consultation is designed to ensure that any treatment recommended is safe, appropriate and tailored to your individual needs.

A consultation allows time to discuss your concerns, assess your medical history, explain treatment options and create a personalised treatment plan.

Consultation Fee
A £25 consultation fee is payable at the time of booking.
The consultation fee is redeemable against your treatment, provided treatment is booked and carried out within 4 weeks of your consultation.

What Your Consultation Includes
During your consultation we will:
• Discuss your concerns and treatment goals.
• Review your medical history, medications and any contraindications.
• Carry out a facial assessment where appropriate.
• Explain suitable treatment options, including benefits, risks and expected results.
• Answer any questions you may have.
• Create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Prescription-Only Treatments
Treatments containing prescription-only medicines, including anti-wrinkle injections, require a consultation and prescription before treatment can take place.
In line with UK regulations, prescription-only treatments cannot be prescribed and administered during the same appointment. A separate treatment appointment will be arranged once the prescription has been authorised.

Treatment Following Consultation
There is no obligation to proceed with treatment following your consultation.
If you decide to proceed, your consultation fee will be deducted from the cost of your treatment, provided treatment takes place within 4 weeks.

Validity of Your Treatment Plan
Your consultation and treatment plan remain valid for 4 weeks.
If more than 4 weeks have passed, or if your medical history or treatment goals have changed, a new consultation may be required to ensure your treatment remains safe and appropriate.

Missed or Cancelled Consultations
Consultation appointments are reserved exclusively for you.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to attend your consultation, your consultation fee will be forfeited.

Clinical Suitability
Natalie Pillai Aesthetics reserves the right to decline treatment where it is not considered clinically appropriate, safe or in your best interests.
The consultation fee covers the professional time, knowledge and clinical assessment provided and is therefore non-refundable, even if treatment is not recommended.
